The Charity Commission has launched an informal consultation on their draft guidance “Managing Conflicts of Interest”.
This is not new legislation!! The aim of this is to produce clearer guidance on the existing legislation to ensure that trustees manage any conflicts in the best possible way, meaning that they are dealt with appropriately and in a way that minimises any potential harm to the organisation.
