Karl prepares these \u2018<strong>Weeknotes<\/strong>\u2019 to be published on the NELwatch blog and to be sent directly by email to those who are interested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The emails have been well received and this week we\u2019ve published our <a href=\"https:\/\/nelwatch.org.uk\/2026\/01\/weeknotes-19-fri-23rd-jan-2026\/\">19th edition<\/a>. Our \u2018experiment\u2019 will now keep going as an ongoing part of VANEL\u2019s commitment to community safety locally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All of the Weeknotes are published to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nelwatch.org.uk\/\">NELwatch blog<\/a>&nbsp;on a Friday and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nelwatch.org.uk\/category\/weeknotes\/\">all previous editions can be read here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019d like to receive copies to your inbox then please&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/vanel.org.uk\/vanel\/contact\/\">contact Karl directly<\/a>&nbsp;or ideally&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/airtable.com\/app9Sc3cPEvMIYo9l\/pagbiYfplM2JymoBC\/form\">use this new sign-up form<\/a>&nbsp;to add your email to the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weeknotes is primarily aimed at Neighbourhood Watch Group Coordinators and volunteers so that they have an up to date source of information to share with their group members. But anyone interested in community safety might find the blog and emails to be useful too.
