You are invited to attend the VANEL (Voluntary Action North East Lincolnshire) Annual General Meeting (AGM).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will take place at:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sidney Sussex Pavilion on Sussex Recreation Ground, Brereton Avenue, Cleethorpes, DN35 8AB<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Thursday 31st October 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AGM will start at 12 noon<\/strong> and run for around 20-30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This AGM covers the financial year April 2023 – March 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This years AGM includes our \u201cPumpkin Party\u201d and we\u2019re open for some fun from 10am – 12noon<\/strong> for you to visit, network with the VANEL team, trustees and friends, and we\u2019ll have some pumpkin themed activities available too.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is also a chance for you to find out about VANEL\u2019s members\u2019 work – what we\u2019ve been up to together and what we\u2019re all doing next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be light refreshments just before and after the AGM itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyone is welcome to attend the event including the AGM.  Commenting on or voting on matters during the AGM is only for representatives of paid up VANEL Member and Friend organisations.  If you have questions about your membership in advance of the AGM please contact Karl or Liz at VANEL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further details about the AGM itself can be found on the VANEL website at www.vanel.org.uk\/agm<\/a>.  Additional papers and information will be released closer to the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General information about the Pumpkin Party will be shared on the VANEL website www.vanel.org.uk<\/a> when ready (poster at bottom of email).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For our arrangements of the AGM and for catering, it would be helpful for us to know if you or representatives of your organisation will be attending.  Please let Liz or Karl at VANEL know in advance please if you can or can\u2019t attend the AGM (liz@vanel.org.uk<\/a> or karl@vanel.org.uk<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
