The VANEL Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Thursday 24th July 2025, noon, at our offices, 82 Grimsby Road Cleethorpes, and for the first time online too via Zoom.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you to all who attended<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This AGM covers our financial year 2024-25 and is open to representatives from all VANEL Member and Friend organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’re encouraging members to drop in from 11.30am for refreshments and to meet the team before the AGM at 12noon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Attending the AGM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The meeting will be held at our office, 82 Grimsby Road, Cleethorpes and is expected to take around 20 minutes in total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For the first time, VANEL now has authority to hold meetings online too, so you can also join the meeting via ZOOM this year. We’re very aware of the time commitment required for attending meetings like our AGM, so we’re happy for people to join us online this year and support us in that way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This year we’re not holding a ‘wrap-around’ event alongside the AGM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Nominations for new Trustees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Annually, we review the membership of our Executive Committee (the Trustees) and nominations for new Trustees are now open.  Nominees are then interviewed and put forward for election at the AGM itself.  Nominees must be an authorised representative of a local member organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
