Skip It! has been set up with the following aims:
\nReduce fly-tipping
\nIncrease recycling
\nEngage and educate the wider community about the waste service and recycling<\/p>\n
Waste such as mattresses, furniture, garden waste, recycling and white goods will be collected at designated locations in each ward between the hours of 08:30 \u2013 15:00.<\/p>\n
The temporary collection points will be set up for a day in each of the area\u2019s 15 wards. This will be done for five days in August, five in September and five in October.<\/strong><\/p>\n People visiting the collection points will find two large skips, two vans for white goods, mattresses and furniture, a vehicle for garden waste and recycling bins.
