As some of you will be aware, Humber, Coast and Vale is part of the national Building Health Partnerships programme for 2017\/18. The focus of the programme is on how we support people to take greater control over their own health and wellbeing in a positive way.<\/p>\n
The first stakeholder event is due to take place on 13th<\/sup> September (1-4pm) in Swanland Village Hall<\/strong> \u2013 full details are on the attached invite<\/a>.<\/p>\n If you are a community based organisation working directly with and influencing the lives of people in a positive way then this invite is for you. This project wants to use everyday and innovative activities and opportunities to help to change behaviours and improve people\u2019s health as a result.
