Information from YMCA Humber.<\/strong><\/p>\n

YMCA’s HumberThon is a fun fitness challenge that will incorporate Maracacise (courtesy of Dance_Helen), Tabata Circuits & Yoga. You can come and join us for one session or challenge yourself to do all three! A 10 minute rest period will be provided between sessions. The HumberThon will take place on Sunday 20th August from 4 pm at YMCA Humber Peaks Lane, Grimsby, DN32 9ET.<\/p>\n

There will be a raffle on the night with prizes to be won such as One Month FREE Gym Membership at The Warehouse, as well as a complimentary one to one Personal Training session with Nufi Silas. Other prizes include family swim passes at Lincs Inspire and much more!<\/span><\/p>\n

YMCA Humber is a youth charity that specialises in supported accommodation for over 100 young people in communities around North-East Lincolnshire.<\/p>\n

All proceeds go towards the continued development of young people in NEL.<\/p>\n
