\n<\/strong>The role of Youth Leadership Mentor is open to university students who will be starting the third year of their undergraduate degree this September. This is a paid position requiring 15 hours a week starting from September 2017. We do understand that the final year of any degree-level course is a hectic time, and so these hours are flexible to fit around your studies.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>IGNITE is VANEL\u2019s newest Big Lottery Funded \u2018Reaching Communities\u2019 Youth Leadership programme. The IGNITE team work with young people aged 16 \u2013 30 and support them as they take the lead on projects, campaigns and events that benefit their community. In addition to encouraging young people to take active roles on social action projects, the team encourage and can assist young people in finding more general volunteer opportunities. This could be to enhance their CV, gain a place at university, or to simply give something back to their community.
