More than 150 volunteer managers from across greater Lincolnshire have been invited to a special conference to promote Good Practice in Volunteering.<\/p>\n
V:Expo 2016, the second conference organised by Volunteering Lincolnshire, takes place on Thursday 26th<\/sup> May 2016.<\/p>\n High profile guest speakers have already been announced including Dr Justin Davis-Smith, Executive Director for Volunteering and Development at NCVO and Neil Cleeveley, Chief Executive at NAVCA.<\/p>\n Dianne Slapp, Chair of Volunteering Greater Lincolnshire said \u201cWe are hoping to build on the success of last year\u2019s event, which attracted enormous interest. We hope to capture the same buzz, as we welcome a wide variety of groups and agencies working with volunteers. We have some amazing speakers lined up and interesting workshops and an exhibition space with a focus on innovation. \u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWe are also extremely grateful to West Lindsey District Council who are hosting the event at The EPIC Centre and a number of local sponsors.\u201d<\/p>\n The event will take place at the Epic Centre based at the Lincolnshire Showground in West Lindsey, on Thursday, May 26 between 10am and 4pm.<\/p>\n
