What an amazing River Care event last week at the Duke of York Gardens/River Freshney! Over 96 people took part covering 12 organisations and charities and of course, the local residents!
The Great River Rescue was organised by Grimsby RiverCare and a lot of partners got involved (Grimsby In Bloom RiverCare and BeachCare EFAMS Event Medical & Water Rescue Services Ignite – Helping Young People To Lead Their Communities Volunteer Grimsby Anglian Water – Love Every DropKeep Britain Tidy)
The VANEL IGNITE team was particularly involved promoting the event and getting wet and dirty on the day.
