The Litter Innovation Fund (LIF), is a £450,000 programme, funded by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) and the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG). The aim of the fund is to reduce litter by funding innovative approaches to pilot, implement and evaluate small scale local research projects that could be replicated more widely.
A £450k pot is available and applications can be for up to £10000. The deadline for Expressions of Interest is 26th September so you’ll need to get applying soon. Invited submission of full applications will be in w/c 16 October.
