The Technical Assistance Partnership has secured the services of one of Europe’s leading practitioners in the field of EU legislation, Professor Christopher Bovis, to deliver an Advanced State Aid and Advanced Procurement workshop.
Christopher Bovis JD, MPhil, LLM, FRSA is Professor of Business Law at the Business School of the University of Hull. He is an internationally renowned specialist in public sector management, public procurement and public-private partnerships. His fields of expertise cover international business and trade law, European Union law, anti-trust, energy, transport and telecommunications.
Delegates will enhance and embed their knowledge from introductory and intermediate workshops, which will allow them to respond authoritatively to the State Aid and Procurement issues the ESIF application process poses.
