GP out of Hours Service – Feedback Wanted
Healthwatch North East Lincolnshire welcome feedback from anybody who has used the GP Out of Hours Service, which is run by Core Care Links at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, over the last year.
This is your opportunity to comment on your experience of the service – what went well, what didn’t go so well, and your thoughts on what can be done to improve the service in the future.
