This week, the new Lincolnshire High Sheriff Mrs J G A Hughes DL was at VANEL and then Franklin college presenting LVC certificates to a number of people.
A couple of VANEL staff received their award from the High Sheriff who then visited Franklin to present certificates to a group of Franklin students who also took park in the Lincolnshire Volunteer Card (LVC) scheme which had been supported by the High Sheriff award.
Paul Cheeseman, Director of the High Sheriffs’ and Humberside Police Tribune Trust said;
‘Developing and enhancing the skills of volunteers is very important in helping support crime reduction activities in Northern Lincolnshire. That is why the Tribune Trust are delighted to be able to have supported this innovative scheme’
