North East Lincolnshire Council Public Health team are currently compiling the Annual report of the Director of Public Health which this year is focused on what it is like to grow older and age well in North East Lincolnshire.
If you are a resident of North East Lincolnshire and aged over 60, we would greatly appreciate you taking the time to complete the following survey which will inform the Director of Public Health Annual Report: www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/AgeingWellNEL.
The results from the survey will be used to help us gain more of an understanding of what it is like to live as an older person in North East Lincolnshire as well as capture any difficulties older people may face.
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and will close at 9:00am on the 21st March 2016. All your responses will be aggregated before being reported. Any information you give will remain confidential and anonymous. In order to help improve services in North East Lincolnshire the aggregated data may be shared with other local health organisations.
