Get out and enjoy Cleethorpes. There’s plenty of green!
Once you’ve investigated our map or list of the green spaces, why not go visit one.
We’ve created some walking routes around town that join together the green spaces and places. And we’re putting together cycling routes too.
Of course we’re not the only ones, so we’ve got links to plenty of other walks or places to plot your own online too!
We’ve got two special routes created in partnership with Big Local North Cleethorpes to explore the less ‘touristy’ parts of the town. Sidney Park is one of the oldest formal green spaces in Cleethorpes so we have two walking routes (shorter and longer) that start at Sidney Park and loop around taking in various other green spaces around North Cleethorpes. Explore the North Clee walks here.
Go Green
Don’t just visit green spaces. Why not think green or grow green too? Get gardening or growing where you are. Investigate getting an allotment. If you’re young (10-18) find out about the local Green Influencers programme helping to think green and eco and explore wildlife and nature. Visit our Go Green page.
