The Healthy Workplace award has helped us recognise and find ways to acknowledge the small things that can make coming to work a much more enjoyable experience.<\/p>\n<p>From this we have had team building sessions and meals together; as a sign of our continued commitment to the principles and aims of the Healthy Workplace we have been holding monthly sharing lunches with staff getting together, this month we decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather that we have been experiencing and taking our sharing lunch to people\u2019s park to catch some of the much needed <em>Vitamin D<\/em> to give us that physical and mental boost that we need at this time of the year.<\/p>\n<p>A great time was had by all, with a number of staff taking the opportunity to refresh
