This survey is a follow up from the original \u2018<em><a href=\"http:\/\/involveyorkshirehumber.org.uk\/our-work\/research-and-information\/action-trackers\/\">Action Trackers\u2019 report<\/a><\/em> we published earlier this year, which attracted widespread media interest, including <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yorkshirepost.co.uk\/news\/main-topics\/general-news\/now-bedroom-tax-threatens-to-empty-rural-villages-1-6565398\">this front page lead story in the Yorkshire Post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you have already filled the survey in \u2013 thank you so much! We have had some interesting comments and responses, which will be very useful to all of us in our lobbying and campaigning work.<\/p>\n<p>However, we have a low response from frontline organisations in your area. We are therefore extending the deadline to Friday 5 December 2014 and asking if you could please forward the survey on to other frontline organisations in your area, asking them to fill the survey in too.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The <a href=\"http:\/\/svy.mk\/1sXr5PG\">survey<\/a> takes just 15 minutes to fill in. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is vital we document the impacts of welfare reform in the region. We want to put pressure on policymakers to give you more support to deal with the increased demand that welfare reforms have created.
