The VANEL Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2020 will take place on Thursday 15th October 2020 at 10am and will be held online via Zoom.<\/div>\n

Please Reply<\/a> and let us know if you will be able to attend so that you can be sent the details necessary for joining the online session (or let us know even if you can\u2019t attend).<\/p>\n

This year is unique and due to social distancing requirements we are unable to hold our AGM at a venue.\u00a0 Instead the AGM will be hosted over Zoom and representatives from Member and Friend organisations can join us to still participate.<\/p>\n

Full details are on the AGM page on this website<\/a> and will be updated regularly.<\/p>\n

The AGM itself will begin at 10am on 15th October.\u00a0 It would be expected for the matters of the meeting to be concluded by 10.30am.<\/p>\n

However, we ask that people begin to join the Zoom meeting from 9.45am so that any technical issues can be resolved before the start of the meeting and so we can go through necessary housekeeping and registration matters beforehand.<\/p>\n

This year, due to necessary social distancing issues, VANEL are holding the AGM online via Zoom.\u00a0 This means people from Member organisations will still be able to participate, get involved in discussions and vote as necessary.<\/p>\n

Papers will be shared before the meeting.<\/p>\n

Lots more details about joining the Zoom session will be published shortly.<\/p>\n
