A record number of people are set to bounce across the Humber bridge on space hoppers in a bid to raise funds for one initiative that\u2019s bringing families back together again.<\/h3>\n

For YMCA worker, Jenny Hodson, the \u2018sky\u2019s the limit\u2019 when it comes to fundraising \u2013 that\u2019s why she\u2019s decided to organise the biggest-ever bounce across the Humber bridge in aid of Community Games.<\/p>\n

Fundraisers from across Lincolnshire are being encouraged to space-hop across the Humber Bridge and raise funds for a host of regional charities. The inaugural Humber Hop will take place at the iconic landmark on Saturday 1st June 2013 and is being held in conjunction with YMCAs in Grimsby and Lincoln and sports partnerships on both sides of the river.<\/p>\n

Teams of between four and six people can take part in the event for a registration fee of \u00a325 per group, which covers the cost of the provided spacehopper and any repairs that need to be made, and they can then raise funds through a dedicated online service. Held under the Community Games banner, all funds raised through the Humber Hop will go back into ensuring that a 2012 Olympic Legacy is left for youngsters across the Lincolnshire and Humber regions.<\/p>\n
