Home-Start Lincolnshire has joined as new VANEL member"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Home-Start Lincolnshire (HSL)<\/strong> provides emotional &amp; practical support to parents with young children across Lincolnshire.\u00a0 Supported parents are identified by themselve or others as struggling to cope for a variety of reasons. Home-Start Lincolnshire then offer a bespoke package of co-ordinated support based on an assessment of needs &amp; risks. Project Coordinators manage the work that is delivered in the family home by thoroughly trained, supervised and well supported volunteer Mentors. Mentors develop a professional and confidential relationship with the family, establishing trust and breaking down barriers, which facilitates the change process.<\/p>\n<p>It is some time since there was a Home-Start Service in North East Lincolnshire. Home-Start Lincolnshire would like to build relationships with local agencies and the wider community to establish if this is a service that people would like to return to NEL.
