Humberside Youth Association <\/strong>Grant Fund <\/strong>Round 4 is now Open <\/strong><\/p>\n

Closing Date: Wednesday 31st<\/sup> January 2018 <\/strong>(12pm noon)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Are you a young person (18 \u2013 24 year old)?
\n<\/strong>Does your group work with or support young people (13 \u2013 24 year olds)?
\n<\/strong>Do you have an activity that could develop young peoples\u2019 <\/strong>physical, mental or spiritual capacities?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are still seeking applications from individuals, groups or organisations that promote activity for the benefit of young people living in North East Lincolnshire. Activity that in particular helps educate them through leisure time activities (but not exclusively so) to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities so that they may grow as mature individuals<\/p>\n

Successful Round 3 Applicants<\/strong> received part of or all the funding they requested to support things such as outdoor activities equipment for a scout group; costs for a young person to run music workshops for young people; gardening tools for young volunteers to transform care home gardens for the elderly; and a pump up event shelter to allow pop up activity taster sessions at events for young people.<\/p>\n

Whilst all applications will be considered the Humberside Youth Association are particularly keen to fund innovative, non-traditional activities that engage those young people that don\u2019t normally get involved with traditional youth groups and sports clubs.<\/p>\n

As stated all applications are welcomed, but as there is always strong competition for limited funds those applicants that can show longer term impact rather than short term benefit are more likely to be successful.<\/p>\n
