Housing Assistance Policy Consultation<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

North East Lincolnshire Council are renewing their Housing Assistance Policy.<\/p>\n

The policy, contains details of the grants and loans we will offer, to provide assistance to households in the borough;<\/p>\n

To carry out essential repairs to vulnerable owner occupiers homes,<\/p>\n

Reducing fuel poverty and to;<\/p>\n

Improve access in the home to provide independent living.<\/p>\n

The Council want to ensure that their policies are fair and transparent and invite you to provide feedback on their recommendations, as part of the review.\u00a0 The outcome of this report will be published in September 2017, after the policy has been submitted to Cabinet for approval.<\/p>\n

The current policy was approved in 2010 and updated in 2016.\u00a0 This new policy responds to recent changes in legislation and the reduction in capital funding. This survey should be read alongside the following document;<\/p>\n
