The IGNITE team will be there promoting the programme which works to encourage young people to get involved in social action, and explaining how volunteering can help you get one step closer to securing that place at university or brush up your cv.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The Skills Fair provides local employers and organisations working with young people with an opportunity to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>meet and inspire young people<\/li>\n<li>talk to them about current and future employment opportunities<\/li>\n<li>discuss the skills you as an employer are looking for in your future workforce<\/li>\n<li>ensure young people are prepared for the world of work<\/li>\n<li>see firsthand the talent and enthusiasm the next generation can offer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The theme of the Skills Fair is \u2018Have a Go&#8217; with exhibitors having been asked to make their displays fun and interactive.\u00a0 We think that this is a brilliant idea and are very excited to announce that Victoria and Chris of IGNITE will be bringing their &#8216;The Environment Now&#8217; funded Virtual Reality Experience &#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/vanel.org.uk\/va\/2017\/02\/ignites-latest-funding-success-pipes-away\/\">Pipes Away<\/a>&#8216;.<\/p>\n<!--themify_builder_content-->\n<div id=\"themify_builder_content-14939\" data-postid=\"14939\" class=\"themify_builder_content themify_builder_content-14939 themify_builder tf_clear\">\n    <\/div>\n<!--\/themify_builder_content-->\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VANEL&#8217;s IGNITE team will be holding a stand at North East Lincolnshire&#8217;s largest Skills Fair at Grimsby Auditorium on Thursday 6th July.
