While the <a href=\"http:\/\/vanel.org.uk\/va\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Public-Consultation-Document..docx\" rel=\"\">Public Consultation Document<\/a> is written for the potential market, it sets out what they are seeking to achieve for the service and the borough. Comments, questions and suggestions are welcome from individual members of the public or VCS organisations on the document.
