VANEL and the IGNITE team are proud to be supporting this year\u2019s event \u201cWE Day Social Action Club 2017\u201d which is being organised by Diana Award Holder and founder of <a href=\"http:\/\/countinghope.org\/\">Counting Hope<\/a>, Andy Green. The event is due to take place on Thursday 6th April at the Grimsby Institute.<\/p>\n<p>Mini WE Day is free to attend and aims to inspire, motivate and empower young people to come together and get involved in social action projects and campaigns. Mini WE Day is part of a global<\/p>\n<p>Representatives from WE will be in attendance, along with representatives from the Diana Award and O2 Think Big. There will be live performances from singer\/songwriters and students and inspirational guest lectures. There will also be a variety free workshops that attendees can participate in. Last year over 200 school pupils and young people attended.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWE Day Social Action Club 2017\u201d is open to any school or organisation within Yorkshire and Humber is free to attend. The target age range is Year 5 through to Year 8 but other year groups are welcome too.\u00a0 Young people under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult and those aged 18+ must be able to provide a valid DBS check.\u00a0 You can book your school\u2019s place by clicking <a href=\"http:\/\/socialaction.club\/we-day-2017\">here <\/a>or by contacting Andy directly.
