{"id":12068,"date":"2016-09-15T10:36:57","date_gmt":"2016-09-15T09:36:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vanel.org.uk\/va\/?p=12068"},"modified":"2016-09-15T10:36:57","modified_gmt":"2016-09-15T09:36:57","slug":"health-and-social-care-awards-nominations-open","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/vanel.org.uk\/va\/2016\/09\/health-and-social-care-awards-nominations-open\/","title":{"rendered":"Health and Social Care Awards Nominations Open"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Building on the continuing success of the Health &amp; Social Care Awards in previous years, North East Lincolnshire CCG would like to invite you once again to nominate the individuals and teams who are making a real difference in North East Lincolnshire for these prestigious awards.<\/p>\n<p>As was the case last year, the awards will encompass all health and social care areas in North East Lincolnshire. <strong>Any professional or volunteer<\/strong> working for the Health and Social Care agenda within North East Lincolnshire can be nominated, <strong>whether they work directly with the public or indirectly for the community<\/strong>. This means that the awards are open to nominations of officers and volunteers from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commissioning (NELCCG, NELC)<\/li>\n<li>Providers of statutory services (focus, Care Plus Group, NLaG, Navigo)<\/li>\n<li>Voluntary and community organisations (care homes, 3<sup>rd<\/sup> sector organisations, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Primary care services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nominations for the awards are across 13 categories:<\/p>\n<p><strong>NEWCOMER OF THE YEAR AWARD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PARTNERSHIP WORKING AWARD <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AWARD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>MANAGEMENT\/LEADERSHIP AWARD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DIGNITY AND EQUALITY AWARD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>SUPPORTING LOCAL COMMUNITIES AWARD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INNOVATION AWARD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PROMOTING INDEPENDENCE AWARD <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PROMOTING POSITIVE CHANGE AWARD <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>STAFF MEMBER OF THE YEAR AWARD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>TEAM OF THE YEAR AWARD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>LONG SERVICE AWARD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR AWARD <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nominations must be submitted by <strong>Monday 31<sup>st<\/sup> October 2016.<\/strong> Nominees will be shortlisted by a community panel, and will be selected on the merit of their delivery of outstanding practice and\/or excellent quality of care<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s \u00a0<strong><u>\u2018Health &amp; Social Care Awards\u2019<\/u><\/strong> will be held on <strong>Tuesday 7<sup>th<\/sup> February 2017, 2:30-4:30pm at the Humber Royal Hotel<\/strong>.
