At this special one-off event, in aid of the Alzheimer\u2019s Society, you can expect fun, fitness, flashing lights and a party atmosphere as you join up to 300 others in two gigantic group exercise classes!<\/p>\n
From 6.30pm to 7.15pm you can take part in a high energy BODYCOMBAT\u2122 class, where you can enjoy getting fighting fit as you punch, kick and strike along to the music with this calorie burning workout.<\/p>\n
If you love dancing then get your glow sticks ready and bring a night out to your workout with Clubbercise\u00ae from 7.15pm to 8.00pm. There will be club anthems from the 90s to today\u2019s hits so you can have fun getting fit during this fun, easy-to-follow dance workout.<\/p>\n
To celebrate your workout there will be also be a variety of mocktails for sale in the Auditorium bar, so you can socialise and relax with friends after your workout.<\/p>\n
The classes are open to those age 16 plus and cost \u00a32 per class or \u00a33 for both classes (Lincs Inspire subscription members) and \u00a34 per class or \u00a36 for both classes (casual members or non Lincs Inspire members). \u00a32 from every paid space will be donated to the Alzheimer\u2019s Society.<\/p>\n
Grimsby Leisure Centre\u2019s changing and showering facilities will be available to use following the event.<\/p>\n
