‘The Inter Youth Faith Trust’ are inviting children and young people between the ages of 11 and 25-years-old, to think of interfaith activities and awarding grants of between \u00a3200 and \u00a3500 to organisations running events or projects connected with Inter Faith Week.<\/p>\n
‘The Inter Faith Youth Trust’ is the only UK charitable trust to fund inter-faith projects for young people. The Trust was established to promote the education of children and young people about different religions, and funds projects that bring together young people of different faiths to improve collaboration and understanding.\u00a0 Grants will be awarded to projects which actively involve young people of different backgrounds in the planning, running, and evaluation of the project and are run by non-statutory organisations, such as youth clubs, scout\/guide groups, local voluntary and community organisations.<\/p>\n
Inter Faith Week, which runs between the 13th<\/sup> and 20th<\/sup> November 2016, is open to everyone and anyone can participate in Inter Faith events. The types of organisations who have participated during previous Inter Faith weeks include interfaith bodies, places of worship, schools, colleges, universities, youth clubs and many more.
