This piece of work, being led by the NEL CCG, is to draw down funding to implement a solution around Social Prescribing in North East Lincolnshire.<\/p>\n

As we continue to develop the NE Lincs Social Prescribing Social Impact Bond, we invite you to join us for a workshop to refine the service design.\u00a0 We have already been working on this, based on national best practice, as well as local stakeholder engagement, so we will be presenting a working model.\u00a0 We aim to produce a model that works for patients, referrers and providers and would value your input, as potential providers, as to which elements of the model will work well for you, and which might need to be tweaked.<\/p>\n
