Training covers the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good Practice Standards,<\/li>\n<li>Health and Safety and Personal Safety,<\/li>\n<li>Equality and Diversity,<\/li>\n<li>Safeguarding and Confidentiality,<\/li>\n<li>Customer Care and<\/li>\n<li>Live Well<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The course is free to volunteers, however, a charge will apply to the organisation that you volunteer for.<\/p>\n<p>Are you a member of VANEL? Have you achieved at least the Supporting Volunteers Award Level 1?
