The consultation is being conducted via an online survey of organisations and individuals and telephone interviews with organisations and individuals.\u00a0 The timescale for the consultation is very short and responses to the survey are needed by <strong>Thursday 21<sup>st<\/sup> January 2016<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We would be really grateful if you could complete the survey and also circulate it to \u00a0relevant organisations or groups in your area (e.g. health and social care organisations or those working with older people): <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.co.uk\/r\/AOHLORGS\">https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.co.uk\/r\/AOHLORGS<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We would also be grateful if you could circulate the following survey to any individuals, for example volunteers that your organisation is in contact with: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.co.uk\/r\/AOHLIND\">https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.co.uk\/r\/AOHLIND<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finally, if your organisation works with older people in <strong>Hampshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Lincolnshire, Essex, Surrey, Yorkshire, Tees Valley, Berkshire and London<\/strong>, Action for Hearing Loss would really appreciate it if you could take part in a 15-20 minute telephone interview to discuss in more detail the proposed changes to their services.
