<\/strong>Don\u2019t forget to let us know if you are joining us for this networking event, a great opportunity to have a say in how we can all work together to communicate and engage with local people about health and care services.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to those of you who have confirmed your attendance at this event<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>North East Lincolnshire CCG Community Forum and North East Lincolnshire VCSE forum presents:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018Healthy Conversations\u2019 a networking event for VCSE organisations and health and social care commissioners on<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Wednesday October 21<sup>st<\/sup> 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>9.30am to 3.30pm on (includes networking lunch)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Centre4, Wooton Road, Grimsby DN33 1HE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2018Healthy Conversations\u2019 is an opportunity for NHS health and social care commissioners and leaders from the VCSE sector to explore engagement and communication opportunities to improve health and care for people in North East Lincolnshire.<\/p>\n<p>Keynote speaker for this event is Emma Baylin, health &amp; social care policy lead at Involve Yorkshire &amp; Humber.\u00a0 Emma coordinates HealthNet YH, the VCS health &amp; social care network for Yorkshire &amp; Humber and leads on the local coordination and delivery of Stronger Connections for Better Health, part of the Strategic Partner programme which is funded by Department of Health, NHS England and Public Health England.<\/p>\n<p>This will be an opportunity for participants to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Discuss current national and regional policy and thinking linked to health commissioning and the VCSE sector<\/li>\n<li>Hear about best practice, and cross-sector innovation to improve health and reduce health inequalities<\/li>\n<li>Explore ways for local VCSE groups to influence CCG decision making in the planning and buying of health and social care services<\/li>\n<li>Link up with the community and strategic leads in the specific areas of health and social care commissioning that impact on your service users\/communities or members<\/li>\n<li>Develop communication pathways for future engagement opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This event is targeted at strategic leads in organisations \u2013 including board members\/trustees \u2013 as well as senior staff.\u00a0 Places are free and are limited to <u>2<\/u> representatives per organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Refreshments and lunch are provided.<\/p>\n<p>We hope you can join us &#8211;
