july &#8211; 10th August, the <strong>Enfuse<\/strong> team at <strong>VANEL<\/strong>\u00a0took over a shop in <strong>Freshney Place<\/strong> as a way of engaging with young people\u00a0in North 446px\" \/>Enfuse&#8217;s Recycling Week within the shop aimed to show people that we have limited resources in our world and some of them are fast running out. Phil Simpson, the Enfuse recycling specialist development worker, said\u00a0&#8220;I used the pop-up shop to launch and test an event idea that will involve the recycling of clothes at The Grimsby University Centre Freshers\u2019 Week on 11th\u00a0September. The shop had a balloon pit, Nintendo Wii, and musical instruments. Young people came in and took part in the various activities, sometimes staying in the shop for over an hour. By helping young people to find and apply for jobs as well as advising on interview etiquette, Enfuse managed to get two people into interviews within the first day. Tom Plaskitt said &#8220;I think that giving people one-to-one conversations about jobs is the best approach.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The event was a smaller version of an event called Your Next Step being hosted at the Grimsby Minster on August 29.
