Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2021 will take place on Thursday 14th October 2020 at 10.30am and will be a hybrid meeting held at 82 Grimsby Road and over Zoom.<\/div> <!-- \/shortcode box -->\n<p>Please <a href=\"http:\/\/vanel.org.uk\/va\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/VANEL-AGM-reply-form-2018.docx\">Reply<\/a> and let us know if you will be able to attend so that you can be sent the details necessary for joining the online session (or let us know even if you can&#8217;t attend).<\/p>\n<p>There are still challenges this year, so although we are holding a face to face meeting we will continue to ensure there is a covid-19 safe environment and will include a Zoom meeting too to ensure everyone can attend safely.<\/p>\n<p>Further details below.<\/p>\n<p>Nomination Forms for expected for the matters of the meeting to be concluded by 11am.<\/p><p>However, we ask that people begin to join the Zoom meeting from 10.15am so that any technical issues can be resolved before the start of the meeting and so we can go through necessary housekeeping and registration matters beforehand.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div><!-- .accordion-content -->\n\t    <\/li>\n\t\t Lincolnshire) requires its members to elect an Executive Committee at its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Executive Committee should have at least five members and not more than fifteen members.<\/p><p>We therefore need a maximum of fifteen nominations for members of the Executive Committee.
