At our VANEL office we have The Willows Meeting Room available for hire during working hours Monday to Friday (Excluding bank holidays). The room provides an excellent setting for small group meetings or one-on-one appointments. The Willows Meeting Room comfortably seats 10 people for training purposes, 12 for a boardroom meetings and up to 18 for theatre style. The room costs £10 per hour for Members and Friends, and £15 per hour for non Members and Friends. Unfortunately, due to the location of our offices, the Meeting Room is unsuitable for disabled users.
