WebClub 23 April 2013

In this session we discussed the recent worldwide WordPress botnet attack and what it means to WordPress site owners. We discussed WordPress security.

WordPress 3.6 is due out so we took at look at the upcoming features to prepare ourselves.

We looked at Markdown in some depth. Markdown is a way of preparing content for the web/WordPress with the formatting built in, without the need to learn HTML or to edit in the WYSIWYG window in WP.

Finally we took at look at individual member problems with a specific discussion around image editing and preparation for WordPress and laying out site content.
