VANEL is running a “Roles and Responsibilities of Trustees” training workshop on Thurs 13th Nov, 1.30pm-3.30pm at West Marsh Community Centre as part of our activities for National Trustees’ Week 2014. Read the article for full details of the workshop.
In our Newsletter we said that VANEL would be holding a number of events during National Trustees’ Week. Our programme for the week (10th-14th November) is now taking shape. So here’s this week’s update on what we have planned so far and how you can get involved.

Winter Planning, Volunteer Centre and Planning for Real representatives could be found at the Older People’s Advice Day on 8th October at Cleethorpes Memorial Hall. The event gave us a good opportunity to connect with members of the public and organisations.
On Friday 29th August, the enfuse team hosted an event in Grimsby Minster titled “Your Next Step”. The jobs fair saw dozens of support organisations meet up with young people looking for employment opportunities.
You are cordially invited to join us for an afternoon tea party at the Beachcomber, Cleethorpes from 2pm onwards on Thursday 11th September 2014. This will be a casual event with the opportunity to find out about “all things volunteering” in our local communities across North East Lincolnshire.
