Brocklesby Country Fair @ Brocklesby

ESIF Compliance Workshop

ESIF Compliance Workshop

This workshop is part of a suite of workshops run by the Technical Assistance Partnership (TAP), promoting the ESIF programme and supporting potential applicants to apply for ERDF and ESF funding across the Humber, York and North Yorkshire areas.

This workshop will cover State Aid, publicity, document retention and procurement compliance requirements for ERDF and ESF.

The workshop will be held at the Hilton Hotel, York (opposite Clifford’s Tower) on 9 July 2019 at 10.00am.
Registration will be open from 9.45am.

The morning session will cover:
·        State Aid (basic introduction)
·        Publicity and regulations

A buffet lunch will be served at approximately 12.30pm.
The afternoon session will cover:
·        Procurement (basic introduction)
·        Document retention

This full day workshop will cover a number of key financial issues project applicants will need to consider before applying for ESIF funding.
The event will cover ESIF funding models in relation to ESF and ERDF including category of region and general principles with delegate activities to help apply these in practice.
There will be an opportunity to look at ESIF eligible expenditure; simplified cost options (overheads and hourly rates); match funding and granular budgets with example based activities for delegates to participate in and help understanding.
There will be an opportunity to network with refreshments and a buffet lunch.
Registration is as follows:
9.30 am for a 9.45 am start with lunch at 13.00 pm
