The formal Annual General Meeting begins at 3pm on 11th October.
VANEL staff will be at the venue from 2pm until 4pm and you are invited to join us before and/or after the formal AGM itself to meet staff, learn about our latest projects and programmes, network with other members and friends and generally catch up with VANEL.
Light refreshments/drinks/biscuits will be provided.
Starts at 3pm at Kings Baptist Church, Alexandra Road, Cleethorpes.

The AGM is expected to last until 3.30pm at the latest.
The Annual General Meeting will take place at

Please note : there is no parking on site so visitors need to use on street parking or local car parks.
The Trustees prepare a Report as part of the end of year accounting process. This simple Annual Report summarises VANEL’s activities during the year 2017-18.
Before and after the AGM itself, there will be a chance to network with each other and with VANEL staff and trustees. Staff will be available between 2pm and 4pm.
You will be able to learn about our projects and programmes, our support work and services to members. Talk to staff about the Volunteer Development Service, Supporting Volunteers Awards or other volunteering support. Meet the new members of the IGNITE team. Find out more about Blue Lights Brigade. Chat about MOVE and our other employability support programmes. Ask about DBS or payroll services. Find out about development support you can tap into such as governance & trusteeship, funding support, technology support and more.
The Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company (Voluntary Action North East Lincolnshire) requires its members to elect an Executive Committee at its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Executive Committee should have at least five members and not more than fifteen members.
We therefore need a maximum of fifteen nominations for members of the Executive Committee. Nominations must be from an organisation that is currently a Member of Voluntary Action North East Lincolnshire (VANEL).
The Honorary Officers, namely Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and Minute Secretary will be elected from amongst their number at the first meeting of the Executive Committee following the Annual General Meeting.
Please note that all new Trustees will be interviewed and subjected to checks for entitlement to be a Trustee.
