VANEL Annual General Meeting
The VANEL Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2017 will take place at West Marsh Community Centre, Grimsby on Thursday 12th October 2017 at 12 noon.

  • The formal Annual General Meeting begins at 12noon on 12th October.

  • Starts at 12noon at West Marsh Community Centre, Grimsby.

    The AGM is expected to last until 12.30pm at the latest.

  • Before and after the AGM itself, there will be a chance to network with each other and with VANEL staff and trustees. Throughout the day we will also be running a series of funding appointments. Full details about these and how to book a place are here.

  • The Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company (Voluntary Action North East Lincolnshire) requires its members to elect an Executive Committee at its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Executive Committee should have at least five members and not more than fifteen members.

    We therefore need a maximum of fifteen nominations for members of the Executive Committee. Nominations must be from an organisation that is currently a Member of Voluntary Action North East Lincolnshire (VANEL).

    The Honorary Officers, namely Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and Minute Secretary will be elected from amongst their number at the first meeting of the Executive Committee following the Annual General Meeting.

    Please note that all new Trustees will be interviewed and subjected to checks for entitlement to be a Trustee.
