Winter Wonderland is returning to Cleethorpes Meridian Showground for four days this December and promises to be even more magical than last year. The event opens on Thursday 8th December and closes on the evening of Sunday the 11th. The contribution of hundreds of trawlermen from Grimsby and Hull, who formed a minesweeping operation in World War One to protect the Royal Navy, will be marked with a one hour documentary and exhibition by Estuary TV, the region’s local broadcaster of news and entertainment. The programme will be aired on Sunday 6th November at 7pm. Don’t worry if you miss it, it will be aired again the following Sunday and available to watch online via estuary.tv.

The annual CSJ Awards programme recognises local groups that address a range of entrenched social issues.
