Cllr Terry Walker, portfolio holder for Leisure, Citizens and Public Protection at NELC, said:
“As more and more services have moved online, our website has become the first port of call for thousands of people when dealing with the Council.
“It’s much cheaper and more convenient for customers to use the website instead of calling or visiting in person.
“You know which websites you like the most and which work best for you, so we’d like to hear how our website could be improved.
“We’re asking residents to complete this survey and help us make our website as simple and effective as it can be.”
