Good practice in applying for funding online
A large majority of funding applications now need to be made online.
Which means you need access to a PC, the right software, experience with transferring, zipping, cutting & pasting or maybe even in compiling a promotional video!
The funding a group needs can often only be accessed online, and experience shows that the technology can often put barriers in the way of polishing an application and getting access to the money. Last minute technical problems are not what you need.
We’re putting together a guide to best practices when making online funding applications. We’d like to share what we’re proposing with you and also ask your opinions & experiences about what you’ve found when making online applications.
If you’d like to be able to make sure your next online application goes quickly and smoothly, perhaps we can help.
Friday 23 March
11.30am – 1pm
West Marsh Community Centre in Grimsby.
No lunch provided I’m afraid, but the cafe will be open, or feel free to bring your sandwiches!
Informal session – we’ll share our experiences of the technical issues when applying online, share our good practices and together we’ll all hopefully understand properly how to do these sorts of application well.
Can you come? Let me know in advance please. Thank you.
